It’s 2025, and just as everyone is thinking about healthier choices, I’ve also tried to improve my diet. After trying many diets, I’ve found a balanced diet that makes me feel good both physically and mentally. This is my journey, which I want to share with you.

I’ve added drinking water to my routine, and it’s very important. In the past, I used to ignore drinking water, but now I drink water throughout the day. It improves my skin and helps me manage my hunger. I’ve also started adding lemon or cucumber, which makes the taste more refreshing.

5. Treat Yourself (In Moderation)


I’ve learned that it’s wrong to think of food as “good” or “bad.” Everything is good in moderation. I used to love sweets, but now I treat myself to smaller portions. This way I don’t feel like I’m missing out and I can enjoy my favorite things without overeating.

6. Meal Prep is a Must


Meal prep has become an important part of my life. Now I take some time on the weekends to chop vegetables, cook grains, and even prepare chicken or tofu. This allows me to have healthy meals at home and saves me from ordering food from outside. Meal prepping has made my diet very easy.
